Martin S. Smith

Martin began working at Felt Martin PC in the fall of 2007.  He predominantly provides legal services to corporations, limited liability companies, nonprofit entities, and their stakeholders.  He advises in all aspects of their operations, including startup, governance, mergers and acquisitions, financing, contracts and contract dispute resolution.  His clients also include healthcare providers.  He has significant experience representing clients in civil litigation and before the Bankruptcy Court.  In addition, he has expertise in water law and real estate law.

Outside of the office, you will likely find Martin coaching youth soccer.  He is the founder of Real Billings FC.   His other pursuits include hiking, backpacking, fishing, skiing, and rock climbing.  He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, LeAnn, and their five children.
