Jeana R. Lervick is an attorney and former school administrator. Born and raised in Billings, she obtained her B.S. from Montana State University, and her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Jeana practiced Intellectual Property law in Chicago for several years, focusing on patent and trademark litigation. While in Chicago Jeana prosecuted patent and trademark applications, as well as represented in litigation a number of global companies, appearing in courts across the United States and Europe.
In 2011 Jeana returned home to Billings to raise her family. She served Billings Public Schools as Executive Director of Human Resources, as well as Board Clerk. During this time Jeana represented the largest school district in the state, overseeing over 2,200 employees and staff. In 2017 she joined the Felt, Martin firm.
Jeana’s practice focuses on education law, as well as IP and federal and state litigation cases. She is licensed in both Illinois and Montana, as well as the Federal Circuit and several other state jurisdictions. Jeana currently serves as Secretary of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Montana and is an active volunteer in various sports, community, St. Thomas the Apostle church, and charitable organizations.
